Payment

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards as payment methods for your online order.

For your security, your credit card information is only kept on file within your own online Green Top Store account (My Account) unless you choose not to save this information for future purchases or if you check out as a guest.

If the site is not accepting your card, please check the following.

a) The information on your credit card matches exactly the billing information (name and address) that you entered at the start of the checkout process.

b) You may have missed a number when entering your credit card information.

c)Your bank may have a limit on what you can charge before it flags and refuses your transaction.

Shipping

We ship orders across the UK, Europe and the USA.

We offer postal and courier delivery.

Green Top Store team try to ship orders immediately and completely.

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (Monday – Friday).

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please use a valid street address as your shipping destination.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Please allow 7-10 business days from ship date for delivery.

Please note that we ship Monday through Friday.

The cost of delivery depends on the region and the delivery method, but not less than $5.

If the order amount exceeds $150, we provide free delivery.
